I was kinda surprised with the level of hospitality provided by the staff at this hotel. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the rooms and bathrooms, was excellent. The hotel provides fantastic facilities, ranging from a massage chair to a coffee shop, and the location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center and metro station. The breakfast served was also a great experience with a delicious spread.

Convenient location in Deira with affordable paid parking. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great value for money. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops, and large malls. Kind staff and adequate cleanliness. Good option for budget-conscious travelers.

The location and food were great. Appreciated the attentive housekeeping staff - they promptly provided extra pillows upon request. I had a small issue with the air conditioning, but it was resolved quickly by the maintenance team. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
